Add and arrange blocks on a page

Pages in Consistency are built from blocks. You add them from Build, then move and refine them on the canvas.

Open Build

Use the Build tab to browse the available blocks, including headlines, text, images, video, tables, accordions, forms, galleries, and more.

Drop blocks onto the canvas

Drag a block from the list onto the page. Consistency shows the insertion target while you drag so you can place the block where you want it.

Reorder what you already have

Select a block and drag it to a new position. You can also drag on empty canvas space to marquee-select multiple blocks, then move your selection together.

Use shortcuts while editing

Keyboard shortcuts speed up common actions. Use Cmd/Ctrl+C and Cmd/Ctrl+V to copy and paste blocks, and use Backspace or Delete to remove the selected block.
A block will not land where I want

Move a little slower and watch the insertion target before you drop. If the layout is tight, add a section or more spacing first, then place the block again.
