Change or cancel your subscription

Subscription changes are handled from the billing flow connected to your account.

Open the pricing area

Open Settings and go to the Pricing area in your account settings.

Use Manage billing

Choose Manage billing to open the billing portal for your account. This is where you manage the subscription that is already attached to your user.

Change plan or cancel there

Use the billing flow to change plans or cancel. In some cases, especially when a plan change creates an invoice immediately, Consistency may send you through Stripe to finish the billing step.

Check what paid features depend on your plan

If you cancel or downgrade, paid features such as custom domains depend on an active paid plan. Review the impact on the site before you make the change.
