Version 1.0
Introducing Consistency
Consistency 1.0 is the first complete release of the product: a visual site builder that now covers the full path from composing pages to publishing on a live domain. This release brings the editor, publishing pipeline, design system, AI workflow, domains, and SEO into one coherent product instead of a collection of separate capabilities.
A complete editing and publishing loop
With 1.0, Consistency is no longer just a page editor. It is a complete editing and publishing loop. You can build on the canvas, arrange pages across a real site structure, refine the visual system from shared design settings, and publish the result to a live URL without leaving the product. That makes the core workflow much more understandable: edit, save, publish, review, and keep iterating in the same place.
Design system, structure, and composition
The 1.0 release ties together the parts that make a site feel intentional instead of improvised. Canvas gives you a visual surface for direct editing, Arrange manages how pages relate to each other, and Design applies shared tokens across the entire site so new pages inherit the same visual language. Together, those parts let users move from rough composition to a cleaner, more system-driven site without rebuilding page by page.
Publishing, domains, and search visibility
Publishing in 1.0 is backed by the product’s actual site infrastructure, not a demo flow. Build generates the published output, SEO covers the metadata and search surface, and the domain workflow gives every site a live starting point before a custom domain is connected. That means the release is not just about editing tools, it is about getting a site online with the routing, metadata, and domain setup needed for a real public launch.
AI and workflow acceleration
Consistency 1.0 also marks the point where AI becomes part of the normal creation flow rather than an experiment around it. Build with AI helps users move faster when they need to generate or reshape content and layout directions, while the rest of the product keeps those changes grounded in a structured site model. The result is a workflow that stays visual and controlled even when the user starts with prompts instead of manual edits.
Why 1.0 matters
This release matters because it defines the first version of Consistency that can stand on its own as a product. It connects the parts that users actually care about: building pages, keeping a site coherent, publishing fast, using a real domain, and shipping something that looks finished. From here, future releases can deepen the system, but 1.0 is the point where the product becomes a complete website-building experience.
