Set up a contact form

Use a Form block to collect contact requests or leads, then route submissions to the right inbox.

Add a Form block

Open Build and drag a Form block onto the page where you want visitors to contact you.

Use a paid plan for live forms

Forms are available on paid plans. If the feature is locked, upgrade first, then come back and add the block again.

Set the recipient email

Open Settings and go to Forms. Save a default recipient email there so new form blocks know where to send submissions.

Configure the form per block if needed

Each form can have its own recipient override, and forms can include a message field when you want to collect more than an email address.

Review submissions in Settings

The Forms area also lets you review submissions and download them as CSV. That is the fastest way to confirm the form is working end to end.
I do not see the Forms area in Settings

Forms require a paid plan, and the Settings area becomes much more useful after you add at least one Form block to the site.
