Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Your Content

• You own the content you create or import into your Consistency sites.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service (editing, rendering, publishing).

Notion Import

If you connect Notion, you authorize the Service to access Notion pages you explicitly share with the integration and to import that content into your Consistency sites at your direction.

Acceptable Use

• No attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls.
• No uploading malware or content that infringes others’ rights.
• No interfering with other users’ access to the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
