Do not assume every subscription change or cancellation includes a refund. The published legal terms are the source of truth.
Partial billing periods are not prorated by default
If you cancel during a billing period, do not assume the unused time is refunded automatically.
Material issues are reviewed case by case
If a material issue caused by us prevents normal use, contact support. We can review the situation and respond with a refund or service credit when appropriate.
